Earl Foster Funeral Home was founded by Earl L Foster in 1963 in the city of Chester. He was known as being ethical and professional in his business practice. His wife Emma joined him in the business and together they represented quality service, reasonable prices and tried to never turn anyone away for lack of funds. They served the community with dignity and compassion for more than 30 years. The dignity and compassion continued with the new owner, Reginald Rawls. The funeral home has been in the same location for more than 50 years and offers a full range of funeral and related services.
